Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at careonyxbuds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund requests for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or refunds.
